Only giving one star because I have too. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Wife took car in for an alignment and they tried to pressure her into buying more parts in order to do an alignment. Long story short a Red Seal Mechanic did the work on my car that made it need an alignment and said that it can be done just fine without needing to replace any more.
When I called and told them a Red Seal Mechanic advised me that it can be done , their reply was that they can do it but it might damage something. I asked why they didn't tell my wife that and instead told her she needs to buy parts before they will fix it. They had no answers and changed subject! They charged her 60 dollars to tell her it needs more parts.
Called Dons Radiator in Amherst (5 star service ) and they got me in same day , did an alignment for $40. Stay away from these crooks , their business attitude fits their location in Amherst , right in the slums!

I went there close to 12 years for winter and summer tires on my truck and car. No else had changed a tire on my vehicles except for them. Last time I was in to get a set of tires for my care they did all the nuts were put on cross threaded. I informed them they were the only ones to touch my vehicles; they basically called me a liar. I found this very shady on their partSo they lost a good customer, be careful

My wife got the oil changed here, brought it home and an hour later there was a giant puddle of oil under the van. Called to complain about it and they got all defense, said it was nothing they did and it was always leaking. It's funny because this is the first time we've ever had iul in the driveway. Zero customer service. Zero accountability

Live 1 hour out of town. Had an appointment for tires and service. They failed to call me and let me know that the tires weren't there and that they would not be able to complete the job. Poor service with no consideration of others time. Will never return to any OK Tire after this experience.
