First time here, never will be back. Had two slow leaks and needed tires rotated. Showed up at 08:00 on Saturday and didn’t leave for 4 hours (first come first serve on Saturday and I was the second guy in the door). 2 employees showed up nearly an hour late and they all look like high school kids with high school level competency. I hope my wheels don’t fall off…

They didn't have any lug nuts for my car so they just put 3 on one tire and 4 on the other tire in the front from the car originally, because I showed up with missing lugs when I first got there. Bad experience there. Do not recommend this place at all. If I could give a no star I would, because they were more worried about getting out of the shop today at 12 pm instead of helping me on getting all the lug nuts replaced. Very big hazard when it comes to it. I should of never been sent away from a shop like that I see how much they care about the customers! They patched my tire originally on my car and they told me that it isn't going to hold for very long and it's a brand new tire by the way and now I have to purchase a new tire because this one is bad from what they told me.

We are traveling between multiple states. We got a screw in our tire and losing air. They were the first place GPS pulled up for us. They got us in and out so fast. They were so polite and helpful. They don't have a location in the state we are from but I'm happy GPS took us to them ?

I just wish you didn't have to drive gravel/dirt roads to get access to a store that would be competitive with ANYTHING in town. Location/location/location

Pro shop but you're gonna pay for it. They tried to gouge for the tires I needed. The service tech went out of his way to make my experience with them a good one.

If it were possible to give more stars, I would.I am a 60+ yr old F who knows very little about car tires and alignments. While out of town recently, I had my car serviced at a service dealership. I was given a quote to do work for over $1,000. It did not make sense to me. (Here is the quote from the service dealership: "Found Front Driver Inner Tie Rod Is Seized and Both Rear Control Arms Seized Parts And Labor $403.81; Rear Control Arms Parts And Labor $193.78 A/M Inner Tie Rod Parts And Labor $922.24 A/M Control Arms")When I got back to Williston, I asked NW Tires to give me a second opinion.(Since I got my tires and past alignments from NW Tires, I value their guidance. Cody and Jerome have been a blessing helping me make make informed decisions.)The NW Tires alignment results indicated none of this work quoted from the service dealership was needed.NW Tires patiently answered every question I had as I tried to make sense of the situation. Even a wonderful customer, with diesel mechanic abilities, helped me understand when I asked him what he would do.During this NW Tires appointment, I got my tires rotated and alignment checked; paid $0 since I had the premium package when I originally bought the tires; and saved a lot of time and money not getting unnecessary repairs.I am very grateful to NW Tires of Williston.

From eastern ND, was over there for Christmas and got an alignment done on a vehicle. They told me it needed new upper and lower ball joints and tie rods and they don't want to do the alignment until that was done. They were hesitant and insisted that I do that before getting an alignment but I told them no. I get back home after Christmas and bring it to my dealership to look at it. They told me everything was fine and nothing needing replacing. I took it to one more place that works on my stuff and they said the same thing. Apparently these guys here are crooks. Wouldn't recommend.
