“When we purchased our camper there was a few minor cosmetic repairs that needed to be made and a couple concerns I wanted checked.
I was allowed to bring my camper in after camping season was over. That summer there was a severe storm with hail that broke my bathroom vent cover. When I picked my camper up in the spring I was very happy to see that they fixed my vent cover and did a great job fixing the cosmetic repairs. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory. Employees are always friendly and helpful, great customer service provided.”
“UPDATE: O’Reilly has stepped up and fixed my car.I wanted to express my appreciation for the friendly service provided by your team during the recent Subaru battery install. However, I have lingering concerns about potential hidden issues following the backwards installation that caused my vehicle to completely fail. They were able to replace a fuse and that caused the vehicle to start. But, a month later my car died, and the fuse was blown again! I have submitted a review and a request for follow-up with no response from the DM.”

“I have a older farm truck I purchased. After getting it home I found out the wiring was a mess and the truck would continue to die while driving. I called J&J explained the problem and he asked me to bring it by, I showed up and both guys dropped everything they were doing and came out to look the vehicle over with me and let me explain in person the problem. I left the vehicle I figured it would be a few weeks before they could get around to it since everyone is busy but to my surprise they got the truck up in running I. 3 days. Not only did they get it back up and running they adjusted my timing for me so it was running like new again instead of like a farm truck. I really appreciate the phenomenal service guys and will be using you again!!!”
