RXO Home Delivery lost a $2000 package and tried to lie and say Amazon never got it to them. And while I was on the phone trying to find the package, an email arrived from RXO that they tried to deliver the package at 1630, and no one was here to accept it.... YES, I was here on the phone with RXO....Any company using these guys be very very careful.A company that lies is NOT yo be trustedAmazon refunded the purchase priceThank you Thank you Amazon

This company that was hired by Peloton to pick up my tread+. It was originally scheduled to pick up beginning of August 2021!! No one showed up to pickup my machine… then they told me no one was home when they showed up. We stayed home all day. The next 5 times they scheduled pickup no one showed up. Yesterday…. 1/21/2022 the scheduled pickup window was 5-8pm at 7:30pm when I didn’t get a phone call I called a nice gentleman answered and told me my window had been moved to 10:45-midnight!! WHAT!! What company would schedule a pickup that late, but in my desperation to get this picked up I said fine we’ll wait up!! 11:30pm rolls around no one showed up!! The tracking at that time reflected it had been picked up, well it most definitely HAS NOT been picked up I am so upset…. I am looking at reviews about XPO and see I’m not the only one… I have a business with a shipping department and I would NEVER contract XPO for anything. I can’t imagine doing this to my customers.

Absolutely the worst company in ND. How they are allowed to continue to operate here in North Dakota is really something. I am thinking about opening a delivery company and then signing contracts to deliver and just not doing it….ever. Report these fraudsters to BBB and consumer fraud division.

The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Original delivery date for my Peloton bike was December 28, 2021. It is now February 3rd, I was supposed to receive my bike today, and I’ve just rescheduled the delivery for the fourth time. All communication with them has been initiated by me; I’ve never received a call or email from them about the rescheduled deliveries.

I honestly wish I could rate you a 0. Absolute worst company I have EVER had experience with. Currently 2 months past due the delivery date for my COUCH. I was given a THIRD delivery date with them for today and my couch DIDN’T MAKE IT ON THE TRUCK. Customer service, no matter how nice they are, are completely unhelpful. The local hub (in Fargo) never answers when they try to call for information, they send an “email with all of this information” to the hub and say they will respond within 24-48 hours and yet they have literally NEVER gotten back to me out of 6-8 times I have called for help/scheduling/trying to get them to find my couch which was “LOST in the warehouse”. Then they finally find it and don’t send it out on the day that they scheduled (a day that the warehouse worker chose, called me to confirm, and had me waiting around for a call to meet them for delivery). Then calling customer service again, who says they will connect me with someone else to help, and then drops my call. Now I’ve called Living Spaces (the original company I ordered from) who is again contacting XPO to figure this out, and I have 0 faith that my couch will make it here on the next date they schedule. Absolute POS company. Look into who you order from ships through next time, and if it’s XPO, RUN.Now I’m waiting for XPOs obligatory “sorry for your bad experience, we will contact you to make this right” comment.

Absolutely the worse experience. Have been holding a package at the warehouse for almost a month and no one will answer the phones. Would not recommend.

This company gives nothing but false promises and empty excuses. Was contacted several times in 1 day to confirm delivery. The day of delivery I was contacted to inform me that my item was not put on a "route" and therefore could not be delivered until 6 days later. I called several times to get the issue resolved and was told that when they called the "local" office there was no answer and all they could do was send an email. Unacceptable. I rescheduled my day to be here for delivery, I dismantled my old item in order for my new one to be delivered and am now out of said item until it does finally get delivered. I contacted who I originally bought the item from to let them know what kind of delivery service they were using. The call center is useless, customer service reads from a script and offers very little in terms of resolution. If calls are disconnected they do not call back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Package was picked up on 3/24/2021 from a location that is a four hour drive to its destination. It is now 4/8/2021 and they finally located itat a destination three and a half hours away. At that rate I figure it should be here sometime in August.
