Terrible customer service; they lost my package and couldn’t have cared less. Wasn’t informed I needed extra coverage when I sent it in order to receive a refund either. Very disappointing.

Associate Machela was very rude and unprofessional to me, I am writing this because this is not the first or second time. She refused to assist with my purchase and return and had me wait for a little while before she sent another associate to assist me. No one should be treated that way! I get it some people do not like their jobs, but you cannot transfer that to customers.

Shut this place down. My package is supposed to be delivered to south Fargo. It arrived at this distribution center then they sent it to Minneapolis. and now they have it again and it hasn’t moved in days , and there not even the ones who deliver to south Fargo.

Every time I go it’s super quick, even when the line is nearly out the room it still only takes about 10 minutes and they are always super kind and very helpful!!

The best post office in Fargo David is amazing and friendly I wish all post offices were as friendly as this one it's a ways out of the way but the people inside make the drive worth it.

The package I'm waiting for was mailed in Idaho on April 16th. It arrived in West Fargo on April 18th. That is 50 mi away from our farm. It was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. It wasn't. Then it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 20th. It wasn't. When Monday comes. It will have been 4 days. It has been sitting in West Fargo. I wonder if it will arrive on Monday?

Idk how or why my package coming from Shreveport LA going to Mountain View MO ended up in ND but apparently they need to close down this distribution center as they can't seem to get things sent where they go.

My item departed from a fargo post office then came here... 3 days later it gets to BISMARCK ND DISTRIBUTION CENTER, another 3 days later and its BACK AT WEST FARGO NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER. How bad of a post office do you have to be to mess up so bad that my package is just floating around the system for 6 days until being updated that its RIGHT BACK where it started. Do better! i was promised 3 day shipping and maybe it wouldve actually been delivered by now if it had ACTUALLY LEFT where it started! absolutely ridiculous! How can we report this post office??

I live in Centralia il and I've been waiting on a package was just coming from Evansville IN which is an hour and 50 mins away from me and now my package says it's in west Fargo which is apparently in North Dakota!
