“I, Michael Tate, personally want to thank Mr. Marcus Dillon-Kools for not only helping me with getting a brand new gas cap with a connection-chain hooked inside the gas tank, but he also filled up my windshield wiper tank with fresh fluid and to top it off, he inspected my tires and found out my front left tire on the inside threads were bald and needed to be replaced with a new tire. He went above and beyond to make sure before I left there on July 8, 2024, on a Monday evening, that my truck was in good ? standing and could pass inspection if stopped by DPS Troopers. This guy needs a Raise and a Promotion. I know I am not the first customer he has looked out for. So to the Penske Owner of this location, give Marcus Dillon-Kools something special for his work.
