Great experience. Went in looking for medicine for my Oscar. I wasn't sure what I was looking for exactly but the employee (I think owner?) Asked what I was experiencing, gave me recommendations as well as some other tips and tricks.
You can tell he really cares about not only his fish and business but about my scenario as well.
Will be supporting this business first and foremost. They just gained a regular.

The new owner isn’t very nice and I’ve heard lots of negative complaints about him from customers and he likes to talk a lot of smack about people he can’t prove either and about stuff he don’t know based on drama others started over priced on nearly everything his staff is nice and polite but I’ve heard nothing good about the new owner and I’ve been attacked by him based on nothing but his opinion terrible store ain’t been there since I was an employee that’s almost a year and a half ago and he still talks smack about me with out any proof

This store is amazing!! They have healthy animals, great supplies, and great people!! I went this week and it was an amazing experience! 10000% recommend!! You can tell they do what's best for their animals and customers!

Best place in town for tarantulas. They also do a good job of setting up enclosures for and caring for the reptiles they sell, and are the only store in town that does. While they do focus mostly on Ts and reptiles (and some small furry beasts), they do a good job of keeping the small stock of fish healthy using basic (and easily maintained) equipment. Don't look down your nose at sponge filters-- they rock! They do not stock for cats and dogs, FYI-- just reptiles/amphibians, small animals, invertebrates, and aquatics. It's a nice little shop.

Great place. I know a pet hoarder who tries to sell animals and just keeps collecting more and more. They won't sell to him because they know what he's like. Awesome with their animals and customer service. I'm happy they put their animals first.

Tropical Oasis is our favorite place. They are clean and take great care of their animals. They have proficient knowledge on their reptiles, fish, birds, rats, etc.

It was an awesome experience! Kyler was super friendly, showed me and my daughter the variety of animals, even let us hold some (corn snake, hedgehog, budgie), and play with the store pet; Skittles, the cockatiel. Would highly recommend this pet shop, and would definitely visit again!

This place is amazing! I purchase my frozen feeders for our snakes from Tropical Oasis & they're always so friendly every time I visit. They also always have birds out, either hanging out on their cages or chillin' on someone's shoulder, & ALL of their animals look so happy, healthy, & well taken care of. I really can't recommend this place enough!

What a cool place! ? My 7 year old wants a bearded dragon as a pet, so we came here to see them and learn a bit more about them prior to taking the plunge. Very knowledgeable and now I have a super excited little boy we will be back!

Love their shop, it's the only place I go to buy superworms for my skink.
Also fun to go in every once in a while to see what new pets they got.
