I transferred my prescriptions to Skripts via their website, and I received a call shortly after confirming the transfer had been completed.Bit of an oops due to miscommunication on the phone regarding which prescriptions I needed filled, as they weren’t ready when I stopped in. Staff was VERY helpful, and they were still able to get it filled for me in only a few minutes.The location is great, and the hours are accommodating to someone who works 8-5.

Prepare for pharmacy drama. I don't think I have ever went in there and had a seamless experience. Either they are out of the script, they put it back because you weren't there within 48 hours or they claim your dr never sent it in. So frustrating

Staff have always been professional and responsive even though they're busy. You don't need to be a Costco member to walk in the door which is nice. Again, great prices.

Horrible customer service by the guy who said was the owner. It is very sad something like this is aloud in Costco. I will write my experience to Costco corporation and store manager since I am a big fan of Costco. He needs to go back to school and learn some basic customer service skills or stay away from customers.

Horrible customer service. It is very sad something like this is aloud in Costco. I love Costco and thought the customer service will be the same, however not at all. It happened twice to me in a period of 2 months. I called for my prescription and I was told to come and pick it up next day. I show up next day and they said ohhh it will be ready in 2 days.
