To say that Sanford has taken "liberties"with me is an understatement&a BIG reason I am now with a different doctor at a completely different location! For starters, I haven't seen a provider at the West Fargo location in over a year!At my last visit, just a general checkup type, the subject of a colonoscopy(?)came up. I'd expressed several times before that I wasn't interested&I expressed that same sentiment at this last visit OVER A YEAR AGO!Imagine my utter surprise when a box from UPS showed up at my door from COLOGUARD! Normally I wouldn't cause a fuss over this, had I ASKED for it but I definitely did NOT request a test or a test kit be sent to me & seriously...OVER A YEAR LATER?! Sanford please check the records, notes or something before you folks start sending out stuff to your patients.I would expect better communication between the providers and patients at Sanford but with this last issue and what I've been told from other providers in the area, Sanford is indeed a "get 'em in & get 'em out"&on to the next patient so I can meet my goals, set by the administration facility.

Had to go to the walk-in clinic twice this year for a recurring back injury, and both times I was seen promptly and received great care. Most recently, I was waiting in the lobby for an X-ray after meeting with the doctor, and she saw me waiting so came down to figure out what the delay was. Delays happen, but I've never seen that sort of extra effort in a clinic and they were ultimately able to diagnose my issue after other clinics had failed to. Thank you!

Every time I've tried to been seen here I've been turned away or given a ridiculous wait time even if its not busy.. I'm not one to go in for something silly so being turned away in such a rough condition is the last thing I want to deal with, it'll be hard to return to say the least

A doctor told me false information and said I should be able to life over 50 pounds while pregnant. I talked to an ob and was told I should not carry anything over 30 pounds. THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE ME MISCARRY

Horrible horrible! Service!!! Can never get in and very rude! They close early for the walk in and that's going against the protocol as what the university clinic told me they aren't supposed to be doing that. Wait forever to get seen and can never hardly see a normal doctor when going there and they always give dumb answers oh u have a cold or this and that. They definitely need to change their ways of running the clinic! And maybe find some new staff, and get more! That will actually work and not close down early.

Wow. I went to the clinic today as a walk-in. I was put in a room right away, the nurse came in to check my vitals just a few minutes later. The doctor came in about 10 minutes after that. And I was able to fill my prescription in the downstairs pharmacy in under 10 minutes. Total was around 45 minutes. Amazing. Very impressed. Clean clinic and friendly staff and physicians.

I had to go to the walk in for a sore throat I was having. The receptionist was incredibly rude to me. Not only that but the doctor I saw said I would have to see my regular provider for something else I had a question about and walked out of the room and didn’t come back. It was a strange experience as I wasn’t even done asking a few questions I had. Since I wasn’t done I had to go down to a different receptionist for a note I needed for school. She was also incredibly rude to me and wasn’t helpful at all. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Sanford. Normally my other experiences were good but this time was bad. With this experience it doesn’t even make me want to go back in the future if I have another problem. Overall I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to deal with some rude receptionist and a provider that completely blows you off.

Unbelievably expensive, charges you extra for their doctor's incompetence, and incredibly long wait time. I've waited at least an hour almost everytime I had an OBGYN appointment.

1.(NO HOPE) I am hard working(er). You do your job giving a 100% +++ & it will never be enough for managers & Sanford Health. All that effort goes to waste you feel nothing after a while. Because you go above & beyond doing more work & helping team members & picking up shifts & even helping staff & charges, manager(s)with their work they will in turn give you a hard time. They accommodate & sympathetic & understanding to others guess what more work for hard workers so others can sit & those that take advantage including saying wrong verbally to their advantage. Wow & 2. Why do they cut the others slack & are really empathetic to those who are on phones at work & takes days off & they are always "short on staff". So guess what the hard working staff has to work extra. Staff yelling at people for no reason. Nothing to the ones who pretend or don't do their job. The ones they cut slack to & let them say anything wrong & unprofessional words. 3.Nurse's and her(male & female) passe will give you a hard time & spread rumors to Doctors swearing that you are nothing & now Doctors acting paranoid but say(id) good morning then bug out "you're"staring" but you just said good morning & I'm focused(work) I am running or at desk to get patient info (Doctors will only interact with Nurse's for medical so why rumors?) (What relationship than just medical for patients do the passe Nurse(s) have with the Doctor to pick on someone running(walking )focused on patients.(What could possibly this older Nurse gain by making this young Doctor feel someone is out to block her & pick on me but this is a work environment???? )Medical for patients??? But Sanford showed how to perform job duties & I cannot change my duties because medical staff think they are superior & are treating me like why am I here. 4.So weird Sanford teaches you to keep an eye on rooms & go up to and get patient info at the hospital & where to sit to register at a desk so patients can be seen & staff has records to view of patient. Nurses, charges, Supervisors, managers, co-workers, Doctors & including Ambulance(staff) are just treating staff that are hard workers like you really feel like you're nobody(fading)(you don't belong & not part of Sanford) once you step foot in that place they say & do whatever they want. 5. Let me emphasize THIS IS THE EMERGENCY HOSPITAL(any department of Sanford Health) STOP & FOCUS ON PATIENT "CARE" !! Staff will hire anyone "who has a past" & not care about "SAFETY" & no concerns that these staff members (a few) are around patients & employees. 6.You are taught by Sanford training to be "safe" that's a problem & they are not implementing that to patients and neither to each other as staff. 7. No culture too no matter what background. Only if you're favored & they will respect & praise you & will let you slide. It's not about job anymore & as a team. 8.Maybe one day I will be recognized for my focus & hard word otherwise I am fading. Or maybe one day I will be accepted & be part of a team at Sanford Health???? That's all I ever wanted was to come into work for work & recognition & feel that I have a job for growth & opportunity.

I was recently in t he Emergency room with a friend of mine. We saw 5 different nurses never the same one more than twice. It took hours for anything to be accomplished and at least an hour for them to answer the call light. As a healthcare worker that's unacceptable. Even worse the doctor came in for 3 mins and cursed the entire time. Not one of us in there was swearing except for her. It was super unprofessional and offensive. If you're reading this Sanford, she was working Monday evening. Blonde in light blue scrubs, mid to late 30s. I never got her name. She said "well you're having a hell of an day" followed by the f bomb and sh*t somewhere in there too. This was offensive against our religion and culture and she needs a better bed side manner and more training on what's appropriate to say to people. Also rather than telling us what we needed to do so we could get out of there they had us sit and wait for hours. If they would've explained these are the two things the doctor wants to see you can do before you leave my friend would've done them on the spot but instead they wasted our time and we didn't get out of there til 11 just to drive the hour and a half back home. Don't go to Sanford for any reason. Essentia or literally anywhere else is the way to go.

Nurses are very friendly first experience with Dr. Meyers was not a great at all would not recommend my dog to him. On a better note switched to Dr. Belling and he was amazing and my daughter isn't fond of Drs but loved him. 5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND Belling for your children.
