I'm grateful to have a location near our home and the employees have been helpful and friendly each time. They are obviously not well-staffed (like most places anymore), so there isn't always someone standing there to take your order, but a quick, "hello?" resolves that and the employee came right over to help me.”

“After our North Fargo mailman refused to deliver our mail for 9 days in a row (due to 1 inch or less of snow most days) there were 3 days with more than that, I finally decided to drive to the only post office that had previously been helpful to me and Rick had helped me find out where I could go to retrieve my mail. He gave me an address and phone number and described how to get there. He was very helpful and is a great example of how some people that work here are awesome and very helpful while others skimp on their work and do as little as possible. Thank you to Rick and his boss for hiring him keep up the great work!!!”
