If I could give this zero Stars I would.They took my order, charged my card, and never delivered the food. I called the call center and they didn't refund my card. Someone at the call center said they closed the store early, no one will return my call or the call centers calls.

This is absolutely unacceptable! The entire middle of the pizza is just disintegrated! We called to let them know about this and the lady that answered the phone obviously didn’t like being called out on it. No offer of any help or refund and told us because we ordered through door dash that we pretty much have to go about it ourselves with door dash to “reorder”. Her attitude was just as unacceptable as the pizza. Yes we ordered through door dash but door dash didn’t make this pizza, they definitely could have done more for us on this! Very poor customer service!

have ordered here several times and have yet to receive any 2 liter ive paid for. Called to ask what could be done and they hung up immediately when they found out i wasnt putting an order in. Garbage

Ordered a pizza, two pasta dishes and 4, 20oz drinks. Delivery driver dropped off the food and I asked about the drinks. He translated through his phone that he would have someone call me. Noone did. Next evening when I realized Noone would call I called the store. I was routed to customer service and they sent me back to the store phone. This happened a few times and I was calm and patient. One customer service representative hung up on me and then I was getting irritated. Called the last time and the rep said they can't do anything except keep routing me back until they puck up. Finally the local store picked up and I explained my situation. The lady said it's a bad time and got my number and name to look into it. Day three and just after 11am, I decided to call having not received a call yet and wanting to avoid another brush off due to high demand hours. Guy answers and I give him info. He goes in and refunds my drinks. Pretty quick process from what it seemed. The whole 3 days I was trying to get my money or drinks, I was being re routed and not a single sorry or an offer for free pizza or anything. I mean I paid a delivery fee and a tip and didn't even receive my full order. Looking at the reviews, I can see that this will probably fall on deaf ears and continue with poor customer service. I will remember to avoid ordering from Pizza Hut until I can get an explanation from corporate on this weird, exhausting customer care loop and the quality of service

NO FOOD!! Order was placed online. Card was charged for the food. The order sent to wrong address. Asked for a refund after hours of no food. Store and customer service line gave us the runaround. Now just seeing if the money will actually be refunded. Absolutely horrible experience.

Best pizza for the price. Dough is soft and fluffy, cheese is melted and bubbly. I love going there. Service can be improved a bit.

Ordered at 7:13 said it would be delivered at 7:40 and called to see where my food is and they only have 1 driver and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours now and still no food… app won’t update and they claim they don’t call if there behind. It’s now been 12 hours and still NO FOOD OR

Order pizza online almost a hr ago n still waiting finally when we got the pizza taste more the butter then the pizza in order the big dinner box I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza with no onions n got onions n no buffalo sauce

Ordered a "Tastemaker" deal, extra sauce, light cheese, and 3 toppings,with a double order of breadsticks and an order of mini Cinnabons . the eta was 15-20 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later , entered the lobby and looked over, the monitor said my name and 0:00/Ready remaining on the ETA/Status , I walked up and asked to pay and got told "it's not ready I'm working on it so hold on"I looked up at the monitor again and knew it was going to be an experience, my order was marked "ready" despite still needing the Cinnabons and other sides finished, so the metric farming is real....once the employee brought the meal up and began the ringout, all that I had to do was look over at the soda cooler for her to huff and grab the soda that I paid for and throw it on the stack of boxes, again getting the experience that "just because you paid for something you think that you should get it?"and for the finale, there was no sauce on the pizza that I ordered extra sauce on, the pizza was lukewarm with no seasoning on the crust, there was also no seasoning on the undercooked, doughy breadsticks, and the Cinnabons must have been run through the pizza oven to catch them up because the plastic tray had melted to the Cinnabons rendering them inedible. it would have hurt less to throw 40 dollars out the window then to have my family unbox the meal and look at me in hurt confusion for bringing them food that they couldn't eat. I loved pizza hut, but they're too busy with edgy TMNT pizza boxes to actually make a decent pizza. I just got done a 14 hour day with 7 of them on the road, and all I got was a slap to the face in the form of a mock dinner. Do better, no one's asking for perfection , just to make the meal the way you're getting paid to...

Overall, quality was good and delivery was quick. The downfall was ordering a 1 topping pizza and forgetting to select the topping on the app. I called the store after placing the order and was told they couldn’t add it as the computer didn’t allow it and I’d need to place a whole new order. I feel like it’d be easy to make a written note or just add the topping while on the phone. It wasn’t a going to be a up charge as I had paid for it. I personally would have thrown the topping on or sent it on the side and let the customer add it. Regardless of what the computer says, it’s not a robot making the order yet. There’s also not a way to make the change on the app.
