This was my first visit and I was surprised that you can shop both Home Goods and Marshall's at the same time. There is no wall between them which is convenient.
Home Goods specifically has so many household items from tea cups to furniture items. So many choices to brighten up your home without breaking the bank.
Marshall's is great with choices from toys, clothes, and shoes etc.
I love how they (both Home Goods and Marshall's has a single line and they call you in order to the next checker. The line seemed long but with 5 checkers the line went quickly with courteous cashiers.

A very helpful and gracious clerk. The best I've experienced in a while.

I love the items you sell but every time I come in the last year the checkout lines have been ridiculously long! I’ve actually had to leave my things behind because I didn’t have time to wait! ? ?

Instead of complaining, how about y'all give them a break. Luckily they have some staff.
Long lines? Only Marshall's is allowed to cashier, not Homegoods.
Some Marshalls employees aren't cashiers. They try to maintain the sales floor in order, clean back counter, make price checks.
There's MANY customers who don't care about putting a shoe back in the box but leave it on the floor, or a shirt falls of the hanger and don't mind picking it up. That's why salesfloor associates are important as much as cashiers. Of course. Y'all don't care. How about having some considerations for the staff.
They do their very best.

I always shop Marshall's and TJMAX. TJMAX has more handbags. Look out though. I seen a coach bag for 129.00 at Marshall's then I went to TJMAX the same COACH purse was 99.00 so if you like something expensive look at both stores before you purchase. TJMAX also has more clearance items. Marshalls has more clothes and home wear.

The manager of this location needs to be reprimanded or replaced. On MANY occasions we have gone to checkout and found up to 30 PEOPLE in line and 2 or 3 checkouts open, this is completely unacceptable. We drop our purchases and leave over and over again. If this store manager can't see there is a huge problem here, perhaps they are in the wrong business. No other locations that we have gone to have this problem. Will not return unless this is rectified.

Wide variety of items to buy quality of selection are better than TJMaxx. 04-26-24.things have changed. Clothing in women's area has decreased and of poor quality and very little items available for the mature women. May not return to shop.

Nice place to shop for items, sometimes overcrowded. Go during the weekdays if you want to get in and out. They need to talk to their staff on appropriate dressing in work places. One of the black girls had a bonnet on at work. Just sad !
