Absolutely love everything they have to offer. Trainers are friendly and full of knowledge. I love that the know my dogs names and mine. So many placed seem to hardly even know your dogs name and your just another number in their class

The facility they do trainings at is large and there is enough room to move around without directly running into another dog/owner. Sadly, that's the only nice comment I can make about my experience. We showed up and paid for our first class. Roughly 10 minutes in the instructor stated the class preceding ours was canceled. She then asked if anyone had a problem moving the class up in time because according to the trainer "I don't know about anyone else, but I want to go home earlier". After stating I could not make an earlier time she pretended to be empathetic while saying she would refund the fee, but the class would be moved anyway. She made several comments about our dog being an adult dog in what she deemed as a "puppy class" and the setting being "innapropiate" for our adult dog. We were in the begging class which did not state any age restrictions. There was also another adult dog who did not get the same critique. In fact, she praised the other dog for doing well in a stressful environment. We explained our dog is a rescue who needs some polishing on his skills. She stated other, more advanced, classes would suit our dog better because he is an adult. She completely ignored our verbal desire to build a stronger foundation of manners before advancing. She also made a few comments about our breed and told a negative story about another pitbull in the neighborhood. Her actions made us feel as though training a pitbull was beneath her talents. The environment was also exceedingly loud as another class was taking place in the same space. There were no less than 15 other dogs either kenneled or working on an agility course. The trainer also gave a choke/pinch collar to a man who spent the first half of the class angrily yanking his dog around by the neck. She did tell him not to yank with it on, but the man was clearly overwhelmed with his dog and continued to yank with choke/pinch collar on. I would not recommend training classes at this facility.
