This gym is amazing! Fantastic workout and a very friendly and welcoming community. I loved the diversity of people...some in great shape and others just beginning their health and fitness journey. Everyone is welcomed and made to feel at home! The owners and staff are very engaging and knowledgeable about not only physical fitness but also your overall health. So excited to be a part of this community moving into 2024!

Greatest workout I’ve EVER done.The washed up athlete in me feels like I’m part of a team again.Also I’m a mommy of 2 littles so my time is valuable- 45 mins in & out & I don’t have to think of my own programming, just show up, put in the work & know I will get amazing results!!LOVE that F45 is accessible for ALL ability levels & you really see that here at F45 West Fargo. ? Coaches & Community are amazing!You should def try a class! If you’re new to exercise or it’s been a while since you’ve been consistent with working out don’t FEAR! Coaches will help you modify as needed.When you realize “exercise” isn’t just a “fad” …but that it is something YOU WILL be doing for the rest of your life- you move differently.Just start!

F45 is the BEST! I've tried lots of different gyms and studios and none of them compare to F45. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch! The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and they really take the time to help you achieve your fitness goals. I've seen a lot of improvement in my strength and endurance. What I love most about this gym is the sense of community. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, and it really feels like we are all in this together despite your level of fitness! I've met wonderful people and I always look forward to coming to the gym. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great and fun workout experience!

I started going to F45 after working out at home for awhile to kick my butt and help me lose the remaining weight. It’s now been 7 months and I have noticed how much more I can lift and see more muscle definition! I love that I can modify anything and coaches will help if needed.

I started at West Fargo’s F45 one year ago and I can confidently say I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. The trainers are always so friendly, upbeat, and motivating. I can’t wait to keep going to see what my body is capable of!

Really love F45. The workout goes quick, the music is good, and it’s just a good workout all around. Would definitely recommend this workout to anyone and really any age and any fitness level!

My daughter and I were visiting from out of town for a week and the staff and members were all so welcoming! We attended different times and every one was just as fun and encouraging as all the others. The studio is so clean, organized, and very well run. We are so excited to see an F45 now in Fargo and can’t wait to have a place to workout when we visit. Thank you F45 West Fargo Team!

I have been going to F45 for a couple of weeks and it’s been great! I feel my muscles getting stronger/flexible. Coaches have been super amazing. I recommend to anyone thinking of starting in wherever you are in your fitness journey.

I was nervous about going to group fitness classes, but the coaches at F45 made me feel so welcome. They are so knowledgeable and are always helping you out. F45 has become like a 2nd family. F45 pushes and motivates me to do more. I have gained so much knowledge about fitness and health. Going to class has become my mom time and my therapy. ?

I used to always workout on my own and enjoyed the time to myself but was starting to lose motivation so gave f45 a shot and absolutely love the gym. It has such a community feel where everyone supports each other, challenges each other, and has a lot of fun! The owners really listen to the members and help cater to what members want overall whether it’s schedules, events, etc. I highly recommend checking it out.
