I called Daves last Friday requesting to speak to the owner about our car. We had several issues at the counter when we picked it up about a month ago but I did not feel the need to leave a review. This last Friday when I called, Dean picked up the phone and asked for my name and number and assured me Ryan the owner would call me Monday. I did not get a call Monday so I called after I got off of work and left a message again requesting that Ryan give me a call so I could arrange a meeting with him. I did not get a call today either. I am leaving this review in hopes Ryan will call me tomorrow(Wednesday 1/23/24). Should Ryan like to reach me he should have my number otherwise please talk to Dean he may have "forgotten" to let you know I called.

Dave's always gives us great service. Brought our car in at the end of the day on Friday and they squeezed us in and back on the road in 90 minutes. We thought it was an expensive alternator fix and turned out it was just the original battery finally giving out after 132,960 miles!
