I was in a jam and needed to talk with someone about my trailers. The mechanics both stopped what they were doing to answer my questions I had about my own trailer that I did not have with me at that time. They treated me with respect and I felt important and wasn’t even a customer.
I ended up bringing my trailer to have work done on it because I didn’t have the time to make repairs myself. Through the entire process they were helpful and never changed how they treated me. Fast forward 2 months later and I show up to ask about a part for my trailer they stopped what they were doing again and helped me with my questions. I can’t say enough about the high school quality customer service the mechanics show to their customers.
I would recommend their services to anyone needing help or parts for their trailers.

Look folks, there are tons of places to get a tire in town., that being said, at Dakota Tire the people that work here are really fair. I once brought in a tire with a slow leak, dropped it off & then came back to pick it up an hour later & asked to the shop worker who I gave it to when I came in the first time. " what are the damages" The shop worker said " "just take it, no charge" " It was a pin hole we just patched it for you." He said to me "Maybe you will come back & buy tires from us when you need new ones" I DID 8 months later. Great service, great people.

Kirk and his crew have never failed me. I've been doing business with Dakota Tire since the late 90's. I've obviously been happy with their service to keep coming back for that long.
