The store itself is very nice and organized! But, to the lady who asked us “not to bring our dog along next time” shame on you! My pup is an emotional support dog and she goes everywhere with me! She is well behaved and doesn’t bark or create any problems! I have yet been asked or told that she was not welcome into any other Costco across the U.S. Also, being from out of town and the outdoor temperature 91 degrees…leaving her in the car or even outside would not have been an option! (Also want to say that the lady was rather rude when speaking to me!)

I understand it's a new policy to ask to see your membership photo at the register, but can you do it less rudely so I don't feel accosted every time!
I've been to 3 different locations in CA and 2 in Iowa. This ND location is THE ONLY one where you will be asked for your photo. It makes me wonder why they need this here and why they allowed their employees to implement it in such a rude manner.
It seriously has pushed me to the edge of discontinuing my membership. I have family members who are contemplating they same outcome.

i’ve had a few Costco items from a few friends that have memberships so I thought to go get a membership. The enrollment process was super easy super friendly however checking out was terrible. The lady in charge of self check out was screaming Costco card. I need your Costco card down the line of everybody in line. My hands are full. I could not get to my Costco card at the moment and im new member so I did not know this was a requirement I do not like being approached like that. It was unprofessional yelling in my face like that, as she saw me u zipping my purse to get my Costco card she proceeded to yell Costco card. I need your Costco card to me specifically. Now im debating on canceling my membership and going back to Sam’s Club.

Have a good selection of stuff, i dont think there are that many deals and raising membership costs that are already high during a time when people are struggling is pathetic.. but thank god they havnt changed the $1.50 hotdog deal ?

The bakery is a joke. We ordered a custom sheet cake. We verified the decorations in the phone: a flag and a rose in each corner. We arrive and there arent roses on the corners. We asked the drcorator who handed us the cake and she said that the roses arent part of the pattern. She was literally making roses for another cake too...
So why let us order something if the baker cant actually do it? Why is it custom if you cant add simple roses to the corners od the sheet cake (where there wasn't any other decoration other than the frosting border).
Imagine having a culinary degree and not being able to add 4 roses to a custom sheet cake in the corners. What a joke.
The cake was poorly baked too. Over an inch of filling in places, thicker than the actual cake. Other places had frosting on the outside over an inch thick as well. Hilariously poor capabilities of the bakers. Don't bother with them anymore. They are a waste of flour and sugar.

Costco is always busy but you can always get fast service if you ask for a item they will see if they carry it and you don't have to wait long
