I went in here today for the first time and I was seen by Jamie. He is so awesome! Very fast! Overall experience is excellent! I only paid 50usd! This clinic is definitely a Godsend! Hats off to the owner, Susan and to the team as well! Thank you so much for this very affordable healthcare. May your kindness and generosity return to you a hundredfold.
I would definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends!

Insurance - Billing - overall going to the clinic and staff are wonderful and polite. Dealing with there Insurance and Billing Department not so much. They don't pay attention to Minors versus Adults. They send minors bills to collections under the Minors name and legally this is supposed to be under Gauaranter Name.

The entire team at the convenient care clinic is phenomenal and offers exceptional patient care. Their patience and bedside manner with young children is second to none and they have hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely great healthcare with great staff and minimal wait times. I cannot recommend them enough.

As someone from out of town, I really appreciate the care and sense of urgency Jamie and Susan has shown when I visited here on separate occasions. I did not experience any long wait to be seen at all at this location. They were very nice and listened to all my concerns, and they also answered all my questions with patience. The prices were also reasonable and transparent. I highly recommend this clinic!

This clinic has been a true and honest Godsend for me and my family. I started care with Susan and eventually continued care with Dr Jaime for primary needs. This office provides simple, straightforward medicine according to your specific needs, with heartfelt consideration for costs of care as well. I’ve worked in several facets of the medical field and I have a keen understanding of how it all “works”. Even in the best practices I’ve never had a provider offer such accessibility to his/her patients. Both Jamie and Susan have carried on conversations with me directly regarding my care and never have they ever used language that was not clear to me or made me feel like I was being run through the system. If you’ve been down that road with other providers, you know exactly what that feels like.
Hands down, if you need a good honest provider for your family’s medical concerns this is the place you’re looking for. Good people, honest care is a gross understatement in my opinion. The healthcare system could certainly use more physicians like this.

Each nurse practitioner at convenient care clinic takes the time to understand the issues going on and provides very reasonable solutions to the problem. I never hesitate to go to the clinic and have been using them for over three years. Myself, and my children enjoy both nurse practitioners. I also have never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes to get into see someone. They are efficient, friendly, and truly care about their patients.
