I was in need of a vehicle a few years back and I had no credit. I spoke to Al Nagel who was nice enough to allow me the chance to finance a vehicle just trusting my word that I would not let him down. Well, it turned out to be the other way around. I got my first vehicle which was a Chevy and it started breaking down on me after a couple months. My dad, being a mechanic, came to town at least once a week to fix my spark plugs which was the cause of my car not starting. Not to mention I had an overage check from school which was $1,500 and I put it ALL towards trying to figure out what was wrong with this car. I only paid about $900 in payments and I was already putting in more money for fixing it. After Al Nagel yelled at me on the phone and told me my dad was worthless, I brought it to the Chevy dealership and they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem for good. He then let me swap it out for a different car. I was thankful until my fuel pump needed to be replaced after only a month and a half! This was going to cost me an additional $800 which I, as a school student, just couldn't afford. I ended up leaving the vehicle in the shop and informed Al Nagel that I was done with his LEMON vehicles and to go get it himself! He was nice at first but turned out to be extremely rude, literally telling my mother to shut up at one point and time! He had very poor customer service and sold me not one, but TWO no good vehicles. I would not buy anything from this man, nor recommend him to anybody!
