“After years of getting jerked around by hidden fees and lousy customer service as a customer of some of the bigger national banks, I turned to Choice Financial and haven't looked back. There is always a smiling face waiting for me when I walk in the door and most of the time they even know me by name! Choice is always looking for new ways to offer better service. Personally, I enjoy never having to pay ATM withdrawal fees! But they have also worked with me whenever I have needed a loan for my car or for other personal purchases. I know who my banker is and that I can call on him when I have questions. I am not calling some call center who knows where. If you are tired of your bank, give Choice a try. I think you'll find it as nice as I do.”

She was very very kind and told me the original banker I had dealt with would be re trained on customer service skills. I am still struggling with fees being applied before credits, but they are working on it. Original post: Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service reps are beyond rude. Checks get rejected even if your paycheck is in there and "pending". NSF are applied before the debit is finalized.”

“I recently had some account questions that could not be resolved over the phone or online. Had to make an appointment to get time with a banker (because of Covid). At the appointment, I was able to get all the help that I needed. Even had a follow-up call a few days after the appointment to make sure that everything was properly handled. You don't expect to get that level of service from a large, national bank chain. I've had an account with Wells for about 25 years and plan to be with them for many more. They do a very professional job.”
