“Excellent service—Ted is person of integrity and honesty. A previous mechanic said I needed a new transmission for over $4K. Ted fixed it for $120 (speed sensor on a 93 K1500). Highly recommend!”

“Went to Fix It Forward on 13th Ave South a couple of months ago to replace the front struts and rear shocks. They did a good job. Car will never ride as good as it did but it does ride a lot better and they saved me money on parts. Fix it Forward is a good shop to take your car to for repairs.”

FREE consultation and Free if you need them to check out what it might be. They told me it might be in for a week and it was done next day. They have my business as long as I'm on 2 wheels! They are very understanding and want your bike to run correctly and do a great job! Thanks Pure Performance!”
“Great folks, if you don't get stuck with the after hours guy that never shows. Claims he went to a residential area but never called or contacted the truck needing service. Can you say on a bender????
The manager and day staff are tremendous people. The manager had his guy come to me on the side of the road promptly in the morning and gave me a great rate for my trouble. Now that I know Pomp's is in Fargo, I will use these guys rather than Loves Tire Shop always!!!!! Loves made me wait 20 hours for a two tire job. Flakes!

“My car was throwing codes. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Over the phone I got a quote for the same fix from another shop, and that quote was about $20 lower. However, the final bill from UA ended up being $40 less than the original estimate anyway. It wasn't cheap; auto repairs seldom are, but the folks at UA treated me right. I'll go back again.”

“I was in a jam and needed to talk with someone about my trailers. The mechanics both stopped what they were doing to answer my questions I had about my own trailer that I did not have with me at that time. They treated me with respect and I felt important and wasn’t even a customer.
I ended up bringing my trailer to have work done on it because I didn’t have the time to make repairs myself. Through the entire process they were helpful and never changed how they treated me. Fast forward 2 months later and I show up to ask about a part for my trailer they stopped what they were doing again and helped me with my questions. I can’t say enough about the high school quality customer service the mechanics show to their customers.
I would recommend their services to anyone needing help or parts for their trailers.”

The customer service was fantastic and they have a great waiting area if you are not just dropping your vehicle off. This business is well worth the effort to go outside of the main fargo area!”

“Easy to talk to and waiting area wasn't too messy or dirty. Have a remote person on a screen that greets you when you walk in, but it worked out fine. Didn't give us any amazing deals for our old, high mileage car with severe front end damage, but that wasn't too surprising.”
“We had a flat tire in the I-29 - with the spare on it was not going to be a safe drive all the way back to Manitoba. We called ahead and they were beyond helpful with selecting tires. I was able to select tires that work well for the car - I was also not pressured to buy two (although we did). The Service Manager - Adam - gave us options and then the technician selected the best two tires to keep, rotating and putting the new tires on the front. Adam and the technician were absolutely wonderful. They made sure we could get back home safely and without having to spend the night in Fargo. Thank you!”
