Went to Fix It Forward on 13th Ave South a couple of months ago to replace the front struts and rear shocks. They did a good job. Car will never ride as good as it did but it does ride a lot better and they saved me money on parts. Fix it Forward is a good shop to take your car to for repairs.

They listened well to my problems I was having, plus checked any concerns I also had. When they reached out to me what issues they found they explained everything in detail to make sure I understood what the problem was. They broke down the cost of services and the parts also. Really reassured me that I didn't feel taken advantage of like previous shops. Would highly recommend.

Incredible service! Really friendly staff and they get the job done quick. I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon and was able to pick it up on Monday. I paid less than what I was quoted. Will definitely become a regular customer!

I've been a regular at the 13th Avenue location for over 20 years, and I've only had fantastic experiences. The team there has always been exceptional, and I'm thrilled that Fix It Forward recognized and maintained this great team when they took over. Since the change in ownership, things have only improved – especially with the upgrades in service, like providing Uber rides. A big thank you to John and the entire team at 13th Avenue Fix It Forward for continuing to deliver outstanding service.
