I came in to look for a new phone and had to switch providers, being that my wireless provider was nowhere close to Watford City.
The ENTIRE staff was very helpful and patient with me in helping me start a new service with Verison and in picking out a new phone. I spent almost three and a half hours there in store learning my new phone and had so many questions, at which all the employees were able to answer every single question for me. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. This has been the best experience yet in any cellular carrier store that I have ever walked into. All the girls working there deserve recognition and some sort of a monthly or quarterly bonuses for their efforts, professionalism, hard work, and knowledge.
Thank you to the staff for making me feel like a real valued customer.

We were switching over to Verizon from patriot mobile and it was definitely a process. No fault of the girls here however it took 4 days to get my number back on my phone which as a business person is never a good thing.

I went in with a cracked black screen and came out with new phone and tablet ? the lady that helped me was fantastic and friendly. I overheard her name, I think it is Shay or Shi. Very helpful and great at multi tasking. Another woman was being trained and she was able to help her while on the phone and helping me. Thanks!! Loving my new electronics.

Made an appointment and then still had to wait an hour for help in the store. They said appointment is not a guarantee for assistance at that time. Very disappointed

Lydia I believe her name was, she was very helpful, did not make me feel small or dumb because of my lack of knowledge about cell phones, phone was fixed can't say enough good things about her and this location.

We had an amazing experience today! Our lady helping us was so stinking sweet and patient with me and my daughters. She was so sweet to my youngest who has autism. It was so touching. One of our favorite stores? will for sure come back because of how amazing she was!

The staff is 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is not a great selection of in-store devices apart from phones, and more affordable options for charging cables can be found elsewhere.

Natalie is excellence personified! She is courteous, capable, thoughtful, and efficient. She keeps the store in spotless condition, which I appreciate. Natalie is a brilliant multitasker. She and her team (Tyler and Shae in particular) greet each customer, are able to remember accurately who is next in line, and all that while giving each client a personalized experience. I will ONLY use this location for my cellular needs and the reason is Natalie and her team. She sets a high bar and her team meets or exceeds her expectations.
