As a prior finance manager for a large Ford dealership being up here from Mississippi working in the oil field this dealership is not willing to help anyone over the phone or help accommodate time and your inability to show up to a dealership for eight hours. Definitely would not recommend. Buy your truck from someone who is willing to work with you

We stopped by “just to take a look” at a truck and we drove it home that day. John Ledesma was awesome to work with. He made the entire experience a great one. Helped us out with ALL of our questions and even bought us lunch while we waited. Mike Rosland was also very helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. Delt with a young kid named Brandon and a young lady named Savanah. I don't usually leave good reviews on ANYTHING but these 2 with there honesty and great attitudes will definitely make me buy my next vehicle from them. I had a bad experience with red rock of watfordcity before, but because of these 2 I will return and send others.

Surprised my husband and bought a New truck for him and I was overwhelmed making sure I made the right choice ! The experience was great from beginning to end. I worked with TYLER, he helped me look at all my options , answered any and all questions and made me feel at home the entire time. I recently bought my vehicle from red rock in Watford. The sales team there is the best! They all treated me like family and made the buying process extremely easy. They are transparent, knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my million questions and made me feel 100% secure in my purchase. Showed me vehicles that would keep me in my budget and didn't try to over sell me on products I didn't want. Will be back again!!
