The guys at the front desk are very helpful and they have an array of different parts so they'll have what you need and they turn out a lot of business and still have a great business attitude towards their customers. The only parts House I'll go to in the area from now on

Worked all day on my car in the rain drained transmission fluid wasn't burnt up. The boxes of new fluid got wet and I went to return it. I apologized profusely and the man at the front threw asked how I wanted him to sell this to other customers. He threw the boxes and fluid on the floor. I was like uhm wow!!! I didn't say nothing but I bought the fluid in the box not the box.....and that is a terrible way to treat customers. The fluid and tray were 207 dollars. It's bad enough when you have a car you can't fix and have to stand out in the rain all day, but then to be treated like that. Other customers were in there too that's pathetic.

A young man with glasses locked the door, looks at me, and starts laughing, then walks away as I was knocking on the glass door to ask him a question. That's says a lot about Napa and the type of people working there.

their laziness cost me money!
I told the parts person i needed low beams for a ram 1500 warlock. they just went off what trucks normally take for low beams and didn't look up my specific truck. which turns out the fancy ram's take high beams in the low beams.
well, since i opened the package and found out they messed up by not actually looking up what i needed, they wouldn't take the part back because its been opened.
so be sure to do your own research on what you need for parts because if you don't, their mistakes will cost you money and they won't stand behind their errors.
