I will never use this place again. I was given a quote way off compared to what the price actually came out to. They did extra things to my vehicle without telling me and charged me for it. Just an awful experience, so unprofessional.

I will never go back to this place, I was quoted ABOUT $65 for a oil change I get synthetic is more expensive but on top of that I was charged $5 for shop supplies, $5 for windshield wiper fluid (that I didn’t request) and you would think with this covid-19 situation going on you’d at least bring to someone’s attention you’re going to charge them extra. This oil change came out to $100. So on top of all of that I was given a quote almost $40 off.

Great service, helpful staff, reasonable prices. Felix went out of his way to jump start my car and check the battery. The new battery works fine! I would definitely recommend Tioga Tire.
