One star rating for both the Tioga store and corporate. Been complaining about the store having completely unpredictable and unannounced hours. Absolutely ridiculous, if you're having this much trouble staffing a store just close it.

Cannot count on the store being open. Closed as seemingly random times. Almost never open till 10 pm as marked on the front door.

Never open! They never answer the phone when you call. Staff is rude when asked if they're open.

never open. sign on the door says open 8am-12pm, and unless your schedule is that flexible, I don’t think anyone would be able to make it to the store.

Store is a wreck with most aisles inaccessible for all the roll carts of merchandise that are stacked everywhere. Might as well not even look at what the marked price is because the final price at the register does match on anything.

I was just in this store waiting on the check out line as I witnessed what supposedly is the store manager yell at a customer In a very outrate manner! If as a store manager you do not know how to hold your compulsure and you yell at customers it must be time for her to get a new job... she definitely not a people person! Will not be going back into this store till major changes happen! So sad!

Very poor customer service. Skylar is very rude, stuck up, and racist. Always in the office and looks like she is being obligated to work when she clearly does not want to be there! It’s the 3rd occasion where I happen to go into the store and she is there with a very disgusting attitude just because I’m not Caucasian and I’m Hispanic. I say it because the lady infront of me was treated soooo nice and here comes me and she just slams my things into bags and snatched my things. I have never done nothing to her but it’s caused a local faithful customer to not go back to dollar general in Tioga. Until she isn’t fired or something is done I will not be going back!

This store is an absolute joke!! New staff is beyond rude! The staff just sits in the office and customers just walk out with merchandise all the time! Noone greets you. NEW STORE Manager is so nasty and rude and has no professionalism what's so ever. I will not recommend this store to anyone.. rather drive to minot or stanley.. store should be closed down!!!

As of 5/17/22 this store is closing at 6pm and at various earlier times due to short staff. Just want to save everyone the trouble and to call ahead and see when they will close on that particular day.

4pm close? Who's running this operation. Everyday I see numerous people trying walk in and turn right back around to their vehicle. Loss of money. Open later close later would be better.
