“Went in to get a rock chip in my windshield fixed. Staff was friendly. I called late morning and they got me on the schedule for about an hour later. I was in and out in under 30 mins. Best price in town. Chip looks great if I didn't know it was there I wouldn't even be able to see it!”

“When I walked into this store to get an air filter for my car, it was a little busy, but it was not crazy. There were only 2 cashiers and they were helping customers. But as I was looking for my item, no one was able to come over to me and help me figure out which one I needed until I went to go ask someone. The guy did point me to the right one, but I had to go find it myself. In my experience, the service was just ok. Not the greatest but not the worst either.”

“My husband has often car repairs due to his safe but reckless driving, I only come for the cookies. The cookies are warm and Gooey. It just melts in my mouth and I usually grab as many I can hold. The chocolate chips are perfectly melted and sweet. If I could just damage my husband's car to just get their sweet mouth watering cookies oh lawd it's so good but huh ig they are good with repairs hubby seems satisfied. Also I'm a yelp critic. 1000/10I plan to remove his battery for more cookies:) - grandforks local cookie monster/ yelp reviewer have a blessed morning/day/night/evening”
“Hydraulic hoses needed replacement. They were of specific type and length so it was to my surprise how quick and accurate they were done. Would easily gotten a 5 but the facility needs some house cleaning. Felt like standing in a dark attic till the hoses were completed.”
“Our transmission light came on in our motorhome. We limped to Walmart, but they didn't have the correct fluid that we needed for our diesel pusher. We called around and NAPA had what we needed. They even delivered it to us. Now that is customer service. Thank you NAPA!”
“Clean, fast, friendly, nice, online check in and booking for oil change service thats very fast, free Starbucks hot drinks and a variety of cold drinks from a fountain, and courtesy ride back to your destination if needed. It was worth the $75 for my oil change. The waiting room is huge and clean and you can relax and sip your chai latte and drink something cold if it's hot. Plus a free car wash. I will return!”
“These guys/gals are always super helpful with any little things, tires, and oil changes!I was just going to replace a broken headlight myself but realized I'd to go up through the wheelwell on thar car and it wasn't as easily accessible as my other car... I didn't feel like laying on the ground when it was cold and wet out ? quote from larger dealership was around $170! Walmart did it for me for under 25 bucks! ♡”
