“Part one....I was referred here by a dealership other than one I usually go to in Bismarck which was too far away for the type of repair needed...Seems they do a lot of great work here and genuinely care about doing an excellent job. From what I saw while there with another customer, they don't let any vehicles leave out until they've answered all questions and there's no doubt about anything else going wrong with whatever problem vehicle has need of for repair.I was allowed to continue driving ...carefully.. in the meantime which I was very thankful for.Got vehicle diagnosed right away and everything explained to me in detail... about the work needed and work that may NOT be needed depending on the response received after phase one work... one thing can make another thing show up as a problem and it not be... I return after parts are in next week.. to drop off vehicle.... which should only take another week to repair.I enjoyed the conversation with mechanic , his wife who works there too in office... (and knows how to work on vehicles as well)? and Rod the owner. They make you feel comfortable about the whole process... I will review again after repairs are completed.”

“In the fall of 2019 I bought a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. They have done all of my service work, maintenance work, and the warranty work, with the exception of tires. They have worked exceptionally well with getting me in promptly when needed and returning my truck in a timely manner. Any miscommunication on their part or mine was worked out promptly and fairly to my full satisfaction. Due to health conditions I had to regrettably give up driving, so I will not be using their services anymore. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else to use.”
