I called to order a plant to be delivered. Janelle was so helpful, sending me pictures so I could pick from what they had. I also wanted a different pot and she sent pictures for me to choose from. Thank you Janelle! Your customer service gets an A+!

I am so upset and feel very exhausted , fooled , and taken over the delivery I had paid $100 over a state away to MY childrens schools in Stanley, ND for Valentines Day. My daughter sent me a picture of her bouquet and peer shock in the reality that what they all three received was so cheaply put together for the $30 per kid I spent (I am in no position financially to be spending $30 on flowers) I am appalled!! I asked and reassured the nice lady on the phone that I specifically wanted subflowers and red rose bouquet for each kid. She assured me on the phone she did her numbers and okay Me that she could get the the sunflower and roses done for that price Just to see the arrangement my children got was super upsetting and irritating. I feel ripped off and robbed once again no way will I ever use this company again! unless they get this review and try their darndest to correct this huge mistake. I was so excited to know that they were receiving exactly what my money had bought then to see the cheaply put together arrangement they received is beyond disturbing.

SuperBloom is the best! It’s the cutest little shop, and they do an amazing job on arrangements. The staff are super professional and passionate about making your occasion perfect. You can tell they care. The flowers are fresh, beautiful, and super bloomed. The shop has so much more than flowers as well; all kind of cute knick knacks for whatever occasion. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband ordered me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. When the flowers were delivered they were not what he ordered and all the bottom flowers were dead and the stems were bent. The water in the vases was grey and very cloudy. He had ordered 6 pink roses with yellow daisy’s and baby’s breath. What we received was 3 pink roses a few daisy’s, carnations and lilies and dead leaves.The bouquet looked like an old bouquet that they stuck a couple of roses in and called it good. When I contacted the shop the manager or owner informed me she made the arrangement herself and she had put 6 roses in it. She didn’t know what happened to it. She blamed the delivery driver. Then she told me the water wasn’t grey it was the vase She offered to drop off some flowers to put In to replace the dead ones. The whole arrangement was dead within 2 days. I will never order flowers from here again!
