I like Amtrak but this is not ok.We were heading to St. Paul from Stanly, ND on June 6th 2019An older guy manning the cafe said he was closing 10 minutes early for maintenance. Which is ok, but then he got rude, and told us to get out, agging my brother almost like he was looking for a fight.A simple sorry we’re closed would have been just fine.

Had to drag my luggage through 6 inches of snow. Staff wouldn't help whatsoever. Couldn't check my bags. This place needs to fire everyone who works here.

I travel from Stanley ND, Dakota to ChicagoI love the experience very nice ride alot of leg room good food for being in a train.This is my first time traveling on train,Very happy to see beautiful sights.TipsBuy your tickets on Line print your ticketNo one will help you with your suit casesSo travel lightBring pillow and blanket ac is coldBring a book or tablet there is no wifiThis trains are allways late if you are in a hurryFly but if you got time and want to save money you will enjoy Am track.Truly yours V.Bruce

Walked in and heard people behind the office doors and was never greeted. I finally knocked on the door and they never answered. They purposely ignored me and I wasn't able to get any info on making a reservation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
