This place used to be perfect for our large family gatherings. We used the seating area and spent a lot at their bar. The last two times we've done this, they were not accommodating to us at all. Past managers were wonderful to us! They actually helped us orchestrate our stay with bringing in food and made sure someone was always at the bar for alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks for all! We stay there mostly for funerals so family time is important to us for all that travel near and far to be there. They didn't act like we were invading their space. They made it welcome and made our unfortunate events tolerable. We will be doing something different moving forward. Don't plan on a drink or food other than whatever that is in the morning they try to serve you and act impatient waiting to close it down. It's more like a halfway man camp, and not good at that either. Save your money and get an Airbub. Especially if you have a family. Another good place gone bad. It's just really unfortunate.

Staff are super friendly and the rooms with a kitchen really come in handy. I would definitely stay again.

To whom this may concern besides my family. The confirmation number that was sent to my email "invalid confirmation number" when using it while filing a complained through the website. This motel 604 Westview Lane has rust, and hair in the bathroom. In a non-smoking room, the bedding has an branded odor that bleach cannot get rid of. The reservation was booked 3 hours the same day with a confirmation number through email "cancellation deadline has expired." We lost $ 250. because we're not staying here after the meeting.This is disgusting. My children wanted to go home. We are traveling through for a meeting and not knowing what we are caring with us.

I made a joke to a colleague next to me while I was checking in and the manager took offense and made me wait 30min to check me in, I hind site she probably gets alot of poor attitude. Great place in Stanley to stay for work. Clean rooms convenient laundry options. Wonderful location near grocery stores and restaurants.

The gal behind the desk, Deana I believe, was just so sweet. She helped us so much. She answered all our questions and made sure our key's worked thru our entire stay. Getting to your room with an ATM lost of stuff just to find your key gets didn't work anymore is the WORST!!! ESPECIALLY if your disabled like me. Thank you very much for that Shay act is kindness. Will definitely be back for a room with a tub.Nearby activities: There's a terrific Chinese restaurant dish the 4 lane on the north side of highway. Great food at reasonable prices and you get lotsb food for your money.Noteworthy details: On sight out door grilling area as well as weight room. They have all the necessities such as shampoo, soap and oral hygiene products if you forget yours. Nice fresh clean sheets and rooms.

If i could give fewer stars, I would.Their front automatic door doesn't work, so you have to open and close it manually. Their front desk attendant said "close the god dam door" to one of my coworkers. When I replied with "why doesn't it close it's god dam self" she became very distraught and unreasoable and went on to tell me that "you should just shut your mouth and go sit back down" then i was told to retrieve all of my stuff and check out by there manager.They also have a small tavern resembling area that you can order dinner and drinks at sometimes. The problem is the food is bland for the price and one of there employee's walks around sweating into your food and doesn't understand why you don't want to eat what she serves you.There have been very few instances where i was treated worse by a "customer service employee." If your only options are to stay in a tent during winter or at this location choose the tent, at least there would be a reason for being treated so cold.The only saving grace this place has is the male manager that works here.
