Richard was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and answered every question I had! Paige was able to help my partner with a problem that had been going on for a day and a half that other people from Verizon in another state weren’t willing to fix or help. Both Richard and Paige were very organized, helpful, friendly, and patient even through their busy day. Absolutely loved my experience here!

Richard and Joseph in the Stanley ND location were both very helpful and worked with me to resolve some on going issues with Google. I have never received customer service like that from any Verizon factory store or for that matter any other reseller. Job well done!
