100 percent amazing and helpful and very understanding. I'd definitely recommend to everyone. I have nothing bad to say about rolla h n r block . Her last name was grecko I believe. And she helped me with my current taxes and figure out my previous ones .

I went here to get my taxes filed. Staff can't figure out how to file me as married cause my wife doesn't have her SSN yet. Manager came to "help" and insisted to file my account as single until I get my wife's SSN after 4 years. Manager handled it poorly to be honest. She sounded rude and arrogant to me.Went to IRS Minot for help. IRS staff said H&R Block Rolla shouldve filed it as married and there's a way to file this for my case. Called Rolla branch again and manager said she has filed thousands of taxes before and said there's no way to do it. IRS staff said she should ask for help in H&R Minot for these special case. Called the Rolla Manager again and she told me to let her know if I was able to file it as married. Still sounded rude.Finally went to H&R Block Minot. They were able to help me file it as married. The staff there were so nice and helpful. IRS Minot got the files I need after that. So I recommend traveling to Minot instead. Although the staff were nice, the manager doesnt seem to handle the branch effectively.

Not ever there and you only have 3 days a week to get it done then when you arrive at the right destination there gone for a smoke then you wait 30 mins gone by and still no one plus there rude and look at you like you don't belong there
