(WATER IN THERE GAS (87)) 9am April 26th 2024. Driving from CT to Alaska. Woke up and topped up here (luckily only 3.5 gallons!!!). Drove across the street to border. Car started sputtering within 2 mins or less of leaving here and waiting in line. The rpms got weaker and weaker and engine finally died. Tried starting car 8 times and it wouldnt turn over. After a couple of tries the engine started to show signs of turning but wouldnt. Kept at it and got it to fire. After border, on Canada highway engine would hiccup randomly at 65 mph. Water in there tanks!!! Beware. Got some HEET or STP and it cleared it up. Good luck and safe travels.

Whichever way I cross at Portal I always stop here for gas and to pick up a snack and beverage. I’ve never had any issues and the employees are always pleasant

I have to rate your station this low because I paid for $225 of fuel and had to stop before it reached $50. Fix your diesel pump.

Used the washroom, bought a jug of water, and a large coffee on Sunday August 30, 2020. Coffee was weak and watery, and had a strange taste, as if they had just washed the container with some cleaning agent. Went back to ask the clerk about this. She said, "That's how the coffee tastes." I poured the 'drink' out on the dirt. Nobody offered any refunds. Needless to say, I'm not shopping here again.
