I’ve been a customer of cornerparcel service for many many years. They’ve always been great to deal with and the pricing is reasonable. If they’re not there, you can call them and they’ll still come in for you. What more can you ask for?

Slightly prices than the others we have looked up, but we will switch to a different parcel pick-up business in the future. When we arrived, no one was present and we followed the door instructions to call - being from Canada, this was inconvenient. Also we are used to having box cutters and bins to throw away packaging - these were unavailable. All our packages arrived though without issues and a notification was received for each one.

My choice of parcel pu since Pembina parcel moved. Took 1 star off for raising the price. By the amount I'm buying it might be worth it to switch.

I was a customer before. The store is conveniently located in the city of Pembina, ND.Price is reasonable. No problems at all. Will use it again if I have US parcels.

We Bought bedding and had it shipped here for a child with down syndrome. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to retrieve our package. Without any notification they kept our package and told me that that their policy is to discard packages that are not picked up. After checking their website it only states that they become their property in the FAQ section of their site.Customer service is no help and I would strongly advise against using this service.

As of this morning, I am no longer a customer of this place after years of being a multiple shipment-per week customer.I am tired of putting up with Deb's lousy attitude which she has spread to other employees when they are around, her rudeness, her damage to my Honda Odyssey van with their forklift that she promised to reimburse me for and then later denied responsibility for, and finally her actually making vocal complaints to other staff in my earshot and that of my colleagues and other customers who were present about me opening my packages and checking them carefully against ebay's records to make sure everything is right before printing out invoices to cross the border.She actually took issue with me doing this on the computer they have provided me previously at no charge, but which they now charge a ridiculous per-page price for using to print accurate records of what has actually arrived and been located by staff.Even after I showed Deb three separate instances in just this last pickup where ebay's records, which I require for importing into Canada, did not match what had actually arrived at the parcel place, she was completely unapologetic and only upped the ante with her inappropriate comments.Another place down the street has a computer and printer out on the front counter for customer use - right where it should be for a place does does this type of business.My $1000 - plus per year in business is going elsewhere starting today.
