“They did not have my reservation, even with my confirmation number. After much squabbling They did give me a room. Had to pay for breakfast. Which was across the parking lot of a different hotel. Staff went back and forth between the two. The person who managed the front desk was holding a dog the entire time. Rooms were great, but it was hard to wrap my head around the staff.”
