They don't explain that you need a renewal on the prescription until your prescription expires. Basically denying you your meds for however long it takes to get in with a Dr again.it is very simple to explain on their last prescription refill that it is expired and you have 30 days to get it renewed. Instead they give you 0 days to renew.

Worst service, no one knows what going on and the staff is unbelievably rude (Melody). If could rated negative 5 stars I would. Covid testing SHOULD not be such a hassle.

Nobody knows what’s going on half of the time, they pass you off to different departments, everyone tells you something different and they don’t find a solution they find someone to blame.

don't bother calling, if you do happen to get someone they are RUDE and there's a big chance they will hang up on you, then just not answer the phone. They don't treat people like humans here.
