Terrible customer service. I typically don’t go to this particular location in New Town to make deposits but the teller was very rude. I deposited $2.00 in quarters at the drive thru and the teller stated that I needed to come in to use the coin machine, I guess the tellers there don’t know how to count coin when it’s that small of an Amount? And the coin machine is about 4 steps away anyway. It’s there job to make a deposit and count it whether it’s cash or coin. I guess when I have 50 cents to deposit next time I have to go to the coin machine? Total joke, this location needs better staff that are not lazy

I tried to open an account at Dakota West, at 1 pm on a weekday. There were two employees and no other customers. They said there was no one who could 'do that' for me, and to come back in three days. I drove to Cornerstone Bank and had a new account opened within 15 minutes.

The teller in the drive thru was nice u til she conferred with the blonde lady who I will assum was her supervisor. I don't appreciate people talking to my mother as though she is unintelligent. Her whole demeanor was as of we were wasting her time.

Lady was rude and unfriendly when I was deposited money into my moms account she asked for my ID very rude never been asked to check my ID to put money in my moms account and I asked nicely why she needed my ID and she answered very Snotty and I asked her not to be rude came back and said Excuse Me with so much attitude. I usually get friendly people nice customer service
