Failed to provide product. Failed to provide reason or even return contact in a timely manner. Once it was understood that this was an example of terrible business practices, then Melanie reached out to try an provide an apology that directly contradicted the manner in which she handled the matter in the first place. After having been paid in full and prior to providing shipping information, she intercepted the product and has not provided the refund. I will update this post once refund is received.
