In the fall of 2019 I bought a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. They have done all of my service work, maintenance work, and the warranty work, with the exception of tires. They have worked exceptionally well with getting me in promptly when needed and returning my truck in a timely manner. Any miscommunication on their part or mine was worked out promptly and fairly to my full satisfaction. Due to health conditions I had to regrettably give up driving, so I will not be using their services anymore. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else to use.

If you break down in minot ND And you want to get ripped off? This is the place to go just from experience a little over a year ago I had took my truck to this place and I will never take it there again.
It still bothers me today. This company can justify for there Actions on ripping you off. I could go into detail on everything that they had done and overcharged me for but this is just a reminder to all of you out there Beware!!! And you better have deep pockets.
Because they will clean you out..

PRICE GAUGING at its best! After requesting they call to keep us updated on hourly work and parts ($200.00 per hour) their service tech laughed and then said he would. He didn’t. Long story short they turned a $700-800 invoice into $1800.00 + 3% credit card fee! Only $150 of that was parts. You would be better off if you never step foot at their front door.
Also, when the tech laughed he said “ well if you don’t pay it, you don’t get your truck back”

Excellent shop. Got me in next day even though there were lots of repair trucks at their shop. Tim was very communicative with me , letting me know what was going on with repairs every step of the way. I would recommend this truck shop to any owner operator or large trucking company.

I called on Thursday to try to get I'm to get my tuck in. They said they could fit me in mon or Tuesday I asked if I brought it in Tues if they could get it in right away.. they said yes. So I made the appointment
Call on Monday to try to get a better time line so my boss and I could plan the day.
They said if they can get it in they should be done by noon.
Then bring it in Tuesday morning and get told the appointment is for weds but they will try to fit me in.
On the way out I ask to talk to the boss and get directed to Bob
I explain what happened and his takeaway was your getting in why are you bothering me. If you don't like it go elsewhere
I called another westlie and asked how you deal with issues when a manager does something not right. He explained that you talk to another manager. I said ok I will do that after the truck is fixed and call back and explain.
After that Bob calls me and says you don't tell me how to do my job. Come get your keys and your truck we won't work on your truck.
It wasn't a big deal that they wanted to work on it weds .. just that then we didn't have it all Tues and part of weds.
The big deal is I bring this up and people get mad at me
So you answered my review but you missed the mark on a lot of things.
The fact of when you can get me in was not an issue.. saying you could get me in on Tues then me dropping the tuck off to be told it won't be worked on till weds was the issue. The lack of communication.
Then Bob getting mad at me for expecting the communication about that and telling me you won't work on my truck at all cause I asked and expected that.. is a bigger issue.
Like I said to bob.. treating customers like this it will be hard to get and keep customers.
For me, this all worked out ok though. So Bob getting mad and trying to make it so I had to find a different shop to work on it to retaliate. Worked out just fine for me.
One more thing
In America you have the right to be stupid in your decisions. But Bob is abusing that right.

Price gouging!
Get an estimate for all work beforehand.
They're not even decent enough to give you a kiss before the dry hump.
Shop rate is $205 an hour.

On Monday 4th of December I had broke down across the street from Wesley truck service and repair so I walked across the street and ask them if they could pull me across the street they absolutely refused I had to call a wrecker that cost me $400 to pull me across the street so I had them diagnosed it it was obviously the differential we had a disagreement on a new one versus a reman one so I called FleetPride in Fargo and ordered one and had it shiped to Wesley truck repair FleetPride told me it would be 2 to 3 days so I rented a car and drove back to Fargo hometown on the 6th of December FedEx had already delivered my differential to Wesley truck they signed for it so on the 8th day of December which would be a Friday I called them to see if my truck was ready the guy put me on hold for 3 min when he got back on the phone he said oh we didn't even know your parts werewhen he got back on the phone he said oh we didn't even know your parts were here not once did I get a courtesy call my truck sat for 2 days and they didn't even know the parts were there so he says we will get it in this afternoon so I called back on Monday and they still hadn't got it in the shop yet they would try to get it in by noon so I say to the guy would you please give me a call as soon as it's done because I am in Fargo and I have to drive up there to pick it up the guy says sure no problem I waited till 5:00 no call so I called Tuesday morning of December oh yeah your truck is done not once did I ever get a phone call from Wesley truck center and repair then when I finally got the price it was an outrageous they say it takes 10 hours to change a differential really you got to be joking me I know how long it takes to change a differential and it don't take 10 hours and then on top of it just because I got my own parts delivered there they charged me $600 handling fee of my own parts so if you really want to get screwed over and robbed take your truck to Wesley truck service on that day Monday the 4th I had filled out a credit app and never received a call from them letting me know that my credit app had gone through and then when I got there to pick up my truck they couldn't even tell me if I had got a credit limit so I ended up paying for it anyway and boy did I pay for it I will never go back to this place as long as I live if you want to get robbed this is the place to go...
