I seen there AC diag sign and stopped in to see if I could make an appointment I had never been there before. And the two gentlemen that was at the counter gave the best customer service and even though it was so close to closing to time they not only got my car in on the spot for the a diag but they also charged my ac so I can have a cool ride home! I am so thankful i will be back go see them today!!!

Took my truck in on the 5th for a growling noise, was told they couldn’t look at it until the next day. Don’t get a call from them until the 11th. They tell me they “lost my repair order” and they’d start working on it. Get a call later that day telling me the pads rotors and wheel bearings all need changed and it’d be $1050. I tell them to go ahead but that I absolutely need my truck back by the 15th as they’re closed on weekends and I had to drive at 6am Monday. Guy said I’d absolutely have it back by then. Call them the 14th to get an update, said the mechanic was hoping to have it done by the end of the day. Well guess what? Still no truck. Absolutely fuming, don’t know how I’m going to get to work. Never taking any vehicles here again. 0 stars

My corvett I bought from the state fair grounds had some problems with the gas gage. It only would read 1/ 2. I bought it as as is. They went out of their way to help me.you have to take hafe the car apart to change the part.they have it now and call me every day on the status.plus a military discount.

Told them I had a red oil light that kept coming on and beeping and that there was something wrong with my car. They essentially charged me 200 dollars for an oil change and that nothing was wrong. Few months later my transmission went out. Scammed for my money, not thorough, bad communication, bad service.

Horrible organization and understanding of basic services offered. 2.5 hrs for an oil change! Was told they had to have materials delivered. Wouldn't have them work on my kids power wheels. Incompetent!

So I took my 2007 ford crown victoria in to westile tire & service and they charged me a total of $1400.00 for a front right bottom wheel bearing and the bolt for it when that little part was worth $50 and I will never take my vehicles there ever again they are nothing but a rip off??

Came in for an oil leak and a cable that needed splicing and connecting. They got it done in a timely manner and the quality of work was good. Price range was fair, and they have a shuttle that got me home till the car was done, so that was nice. Also had good customer service.

Great service and friendly staff. Manager worked me in on a Saturday morning and his staff had my tire repaired in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Westlie Tire and Service!
