We have them pick up our vehicles for oil changes and they are here on time and done and delivered when they say. Very professional . Are they a little spendy? Ya but what isn't. We are very pleased with Westlie Ford and will continue to do business with them

I moved from Washington state with as many add on warranties as I could get. Bellingham dealer insisted I wouldn't even be charged for wiper blades. Last October I moved to ND and took my car for service. Westfield was charging me for everything. It was a fight but they finally made a change that brought everything under the warranties I purchased. On this last visit I was charged for an alignment that I thought should be covered but according to the maintenance schedule it was not even though it needed the alignment. The man who had been at Westlie for 8 years very angrily told me the last service Westlie didn't get paid for because the fix that made everything covered under warranty was done wrong and nothing should have been covered. I'm very upset at Ford for either lying to me in the first place, if that's what happened because that cost me alot for an illusion of peace of mind. And angry that Westlie and Ford is so unorganized that no one can understand or properly interpret your warranties and taking advantage of a widow woman. I have 12 more paid for oil changes with you. Everything else may just go someplace else. Ford does not need anymore of my limited income.

I called late morning to ask about getting an oil change that day and they fit me in! I don't live in Minot, so that was very helpful. And everyone was extremely courteous when I arrived. I would definitely use this service center again.
