We have to bank with Wells Fargo for our franchise.
Since they closed the other location.
They are lucky to have 2 tellers working especially Monday and Friday.
Even when the drive through was closed the other 2 tellers go and hide in the back instead of helping to lower the 8+ person line.
Unreasonable.
I am working with my company to change banks.

I think it was her fault, she deposited the money twice. Both times in the wrong account. I told her to deposit the money into my personal account but she deposited it into my business account instead. Twice! Maybe she is new here.

Gone are the good old days of customer service with a banker . I've tried calling this branch for several day and got a recording that said bankers were not taking calls at this branch. I tried the 800 number that bumped me around to recorded message s after doing this several times I finally stopped. I'm disabled so getting anywhere is a long process. I have another account with another bank from my business days so I called them and spoke with a live person. I switched all my retirement income to this bank and will slowly deplete the Wells Fargo account and be done with them. I'm retired and felt like I didn't need Wells Fargo hassles and poor customer service .

We drove 2.5 hours with two babies to this bank because it’s the closest Wells Fargo near us to handle in person only transactions with a banker, and we were turned away because we didn’t have a appointment. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for 7 years and have never needed an appointment, absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will not return to this branch, wouldn’t recommend going if you actually need help that requires a banker.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother-a 75 year old widow of two years. My mother was not involved in my parents finances while my dad was alive, and since his passing,it has been an area of stress,if not abject fear.It is also important to note that this incident happened at the beginning of the virus lockdown in ND,and so,my mother was also very stressed and worried about that.On the morning of March 15, (when she normally would have been at church, but for the lockdown) my mother was using the internet and received a pop up message that said "Fraudulent activity has been detected on your credit card account. Please call this number immediately." She did so, and was told by this person that someone was using her card and would use it up to its limit if she did not follow their instructions immediately. This person told her to drive to Best Buy, and buy the max allowed amount of gift cards allowed in a day, and to call them back as soon as she had done so. She did as instructed, and Best Buy allowed her to buy $2000 worth of gift cards - a transaction Wells Fargo allowed to go through. She called the number back, the person told her to scratch off the backs and give them the numbers, and then proceed to go to Target to do the same thing. My mother did so. But this time, the customer service person, who was rightly suspicious of a 75 year old distraught woman asking for thousands of dollars of gift cards, asked her what was going on.When my mom explained, the person explained to her that it was a scam, and took her to their fraud prevention person, who was kind enough to call Best Buy and tell them what had happened. This person also told my mother to call the police, after she went back to Best Buy,and also to report the fraud to Wells Fargo. My mother did both of these things. She has now received correspondence from Wells Fargo saying that this activity was "not fraud" and that they would not reimburse her for the funds not refunded by BestBuy. This gift card scam is a well known (unfortunately, not by my mother, at least before this) and recognized fraud. The FTC has many articles on their website addressing it, and similar schemes involving gift cards. Wells Fargo's determination that this was not "fraudulent activity" is factually and legally baseless, and revictimizes my mother, who has been a Wells Fargo customer for 50+ years. And literally has filed this ONE SINGLE FRAUD complaint, supported by the fraud prevention department of Target, and a police report during that time. One time she goes to them for support, and they not only turn her down, but make her feel like it was her fault. Shame on you Wells Fargo, shame on you.

The most unpleasant bank I have ever been to, extremely cocky attitude and no intention of helping you.

I actually wouldn't even give it a star. I had to wait about 20 minutes to open an a when no one was helping anyone. Then they said my funds would be available that day and was not and not even the next working day, had to wait 2 days. Everything takes 48 hours with them to be available. Nice welcome to a new account, we will hold all your checks!!!! Can't wait for everything to clear so I can cancel my account. Worse bank ever!!!

After I dropped my wife off at 8am, I waited patiently at the bank for their 9am openong. I'm a small business man and I work from my phone a lot so I thought I would take the quiet time to catch up on some emails and paperwork. At 815am one of the employees drives up beside me and stares until I exit my vehicle to see what issue there might be. Employee demands that I leave the premises immediately. When I explained that I was a Wells Fargo customer, she replied that she didn't care and instructed for me to wait in the parking lot across the street in a slightly less cordial tone. I've been with WF for many years. Never have I been treated to rudely and without regard. This location is going nowhere but downhill. Believe I'll just visit the Broadway location where they know me by name instead of the 16TH street location where they can't seem to find their tail with a bow on it.
