Seriously so helpful- I am thankful for the amazing staff at the local branch stayed longer to ensure the issue I was having was fixed! They were incredibly helpful in an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you!

One of the worst banks I've ever had the "pleasure" of working with! They'll take your money for no reason even if you have proof that they shouldn't be! Very rude customer service almost like they hate their jobs and shouldn't be working there. THIS BANK WILL SCAM YOU!!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!

Their hours SUCK! Their drive up doesn't open until 9:00. Other branches that I have dealt with have drive ups that open at 7:30. This makes it convenient for those who work 8:00 - 5:00 and then have commitments after 5:00. And it seems like there are different employees every time I go in. Either the pay and benefits suck or management doesn't value their employees. This does not promote developing relationships with customers. The only reason I keep my account with Wells Fargo is because I have had a Wells Fargo account for 20+ and can find one most any where I go when I travel.

Rudest bank I've ever ben too! Woman treat me like a criminal when I walked up to window to get a withdrawal and I'm a buisness owner! I'll never come back here. The rottenest service I've ever had. What a joke.

Bank teller was polite, but don't believe their hours. We came in to get a temporary debit card but apparently they can't do those things after 5 or something. They should be more sincere with their hours. Don't be open if you can't provide services to your customers. Close earlier if that's what must happen, but don't offer false promises by being open and then saying you can't do anything...?

Ridiculous company. They charge 7$ for cashing a check. Every other bank in town do not.
