I was very touched that her Vet called the next day to check on her and offer some more suggestions for helping her feel better.”

“Cute place, sweet assistant, and vet seemed understanding as to what was going on (at least nice to my face). My cousin takes her pup here so I wanted to go where I was recommended as we just moved here. It took a month and a half to get in but the only one I talked to that said they were currently taking new clients. I explained I needed to get in as fast as possible but that was the best they could do. After the appt was over and I picked up my dog and the receptionist did a phenomenal job at making me feel like an absolute garbage human being for taking so long to get him in as if it was my fault.
**Update: My husband convinced me to try them again and they have been great since with all of our dogs and us. Maybe she just had a bad day ??♀️”
