Extremely difficult automated phone answering system, that constantly restarts. Also finally got transferred to a real person that immediately answered and hung up. Hard to speak with a real person.

Do not enter if handicapped. Not handicap accessible or friendly. They have handicap stickers on the door but, no ramp, no door opener buttons, no handicap sidewalk access, no handicap seating, etc.Banks made billions of dollars from Overdraft fees over the pandemic. They can afford to install handicap accessible items.Imo, the building owner/US Bank should be fined until they fix it.Side note- no bathrooms. Sucks to be anyone waiting forever to get things done and you need to use the restroom.You advertise handicap accessibility, without actually providing it.

I have never been treated so poorly by any business. I made a mobile deposit of a check and was given $225 of it available immediately. After I had spent some of the money, the fraud department retracted it. I ended up getting ND 5 overdraft fees. Three of five were refunded after I was told “it wasn’t there fault but to be courteous, they will do so”, “you shouldn’t have been spending money you didn’t have” and “this is your error, not the banks”. Days later, I received a letter in the mail stating all overdraft fees associated with the hold would be waved if the check was paid and not fraudulent. I called the customer service line and he told me all fees would be reversed the next day after the check cleared. The check cleared but the fees were still there. I then took the letter to my local branch and they told me to call the customer service line again. By this time, I had spent many lunch breaks at this branch trying to get fees reversed because of this mess plus the time spent talking to the customer service line several times. I told them I wanted to close my account instead. The teller had the audacity to then say, “You need to know that you brought this upon yourself”. I then told her to not take it personal, but I wanted my account closed. They are beyond unprofessional. I had been with US bank for 10 years and in the last two weeks I have been treated so badly by this branch in particular along with the customer service line. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. Do not go here. Not only do they just want your money, but they will treat you awful, too.

I have never had problems with us bank until I moved to Minot. The bank located over bye k-mart what do they do in there all day long. Because they have never been able to help me with any banking needs. They always send me downtown. Wish I had a job where if I didn't like how you looked I could just send you away and let your problems become someone else's issue.

Other than the bank tellers being polite and kind I have nothing good to say about US Bank other than they are Nation Wide. Also, This branch has no public restrooms.
