Everyone should be aware of an in-store policy of charging $20.00/ package for will call, at The UPS Store on Broadway in Minot ND.
I'm traveling, and needed some things shipped to me. Minot, ND was on my route, and made for a convenient location to will call some needed items.
I arranged with ample time to have the the items shipped UPS ground service. Total cost of shipment for the 5 items was $125. The UPS Store in Minot ND, charged me a $20/ package Service Charge. Effectively doubling the cost.
I feel I was the victim of extortion.

I am increasing my review from a 1 to 3 for reason of not grading the company as a whole, but there was no alternative given by owner, their reply was not relevant to my review.

People are friendly and I most the time, there is no waiting. Anytime I need to ship, or if a return this is a place that does it for you with a smile and speedy service.

UPS will try to make you sign for an important package with a gaping hole in it. If a package is damaged notify the customer in advance so we can send it back before you waste our time

I've used this location for years and have had nothing but good service by very friendly, helpful associates.(I've used a UPS store in other locations and the employees weren't as friendly or helpful.)The people working in our Minot store on Broadway work hard, and they do their best in a high volume location. In a world where every industry is under-staffed, this especially says a lot about them.They've gone above in helping me multiple times and I appreciate each one of them. Thank you!To those who haven't had the service they'd have liked, please give them a break and put yourself in someone else's shoes.

Ups is a terrible company. Always slow/late. This morning: package out for delivery. 9:45 tonight: weather event, package delayed (for the 2nd time). There was no "weather event" today!

Well it's to all ups customer service can't give me a right answer I tried tracking my package but last update was in minot saying due to weather will be delayed 1 business day that was Thursday then it said would bedeviled by 7p.m Friday it's Sunday system still down and customer service still can't tell where my package is
