Absolute best pharmacy in Minot, they deliver to your door same day for 2.50 at the time of this review. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Genuinely a pleasant experience dealing with this pharmacy as they are all around a 10/10 experience. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I had excellent customer service at my recent visit to Thrifty White. All the inpatient people complaining need to please keep in mind the the entire state of ND is experiencing a pharmacist shortage right now. Please cut the same slack you would want if you were in their position. Bee nice! ?

The manager Donell Kjos is an arrogant, unprofessional and full of himself. I had to file a complaint with the BBB, and he replied to them, basically blaming me for something that the employees shouldn't have done and stated that I "exaggerated" my claim with the BBB, and stated that they never had this issue. The other on-star reviews say otherwise as far as receiving any type of complaint. No compassion or understanding and not wanting to resolve the issue. He said in the complaint, "I consider this issue resolved". What a jerk! I wonder if he'd talk to any of the other customers like this.He seems insecure and the employees are slow.

30 minutes is way too long to wait for a flu shot, feeling ignored while staff take breaks and chat. Staff should absolutely be able to take breaks and chat, but I was meanwhile sitting for 30 minutes wondering if they remember I exist or recognize me as a human instead of furniture.I’m sure they’re all wonderful folks, and the lady who injected me was really nice; but overall they seemed like I was a burden, and I just sat there watching my overpriced groceries thaw. I was cranky from the insane grocery prices, too.I can’t suggest how to solve these issues. I can say I’ll go to first district health unit (non-profit) instead for vaccines, and I suggest you do the same. That solves it for me. I could have driven there and back and gotten two flu shots.Prescriptions are okay. I don’t have to wait 30 minutes for those, sometimes 15-20, but they communicate that to me, and I can browse the (hideously overpriced) store, rather than being told to wait and then just sitting with no feedback, like an alien watching strange earthlings go about their lives.At least I can’t get called a Karen. But cranky and old, used to being ignored and triggered by it, yes, quite truly I am.

According to the VA Urgent Care website this pharmacy is in network. But they couldn’t figure out how to use my VA Healthcare ID to use said insurance. Then I gave them my company paid insurance from CIGNA and they couldn’t figure that out either. So I had to pay the cost of my meds out of pocket just move on with my day. I won’t be going back to this pharmacy and I advise other vets to look elsewhere. On the upside it’s in a Marketplace grocery store and liquor store so there’s that at least.

I get my sons medicine filled there all the time . He loves to go in with me because they know him and they say hey mason how are you today ? That means the world to him . Staff is very helpful if there is a problem with insurance or something they go above and beyond .

Megan is literally the ideal person to work the front area at a pharmacy! She was so incredibly kind and informative. Not just to me either, another customer walked away after being helped and was raving about her experience! I’ve never been to this pharmacy before, but it was so easy they verified my insurance and I was on my way! Definitely great customer service which I just think is so critical when dealing with people who may be sick and just not feeling great that day. So thank you Megan!

I love this pharmacy! Everyone is so nice, personal and helpful, I won't go anywhere else. I've used a lot of pharmacies around town where I've not had a the greatest experience. These guys, I think they're awesome!
