Consistently reliable and very polite. They've been great about filling transferred prescriptions, which is helpful when one works full time and only has so many hours during the week to go pick up prescriptions.

Very poor customer service. Was told going to have compound cream sent out on Friday and I called the next Tuesday and they still have not made it. They did not even call to inform me on that so I could go to a different compound place to get my medication sooner.
